My name is Paul Winter and I have been in the construction industry for the last 24 years. I have a varied list of skills which include Carpentry, Plumbing, Tiling, Decorating and General maintenance. I also have a number of tradesmen with whom I work closely that can provide other services such as Plastering, General building, Heating, Gas installation and Electrical installations.
